Remarks:
1. On the acceptance date, all payments must be settled as detailed above. The next payment is due by the 30th day before the start of the next month’s course
2. If withdrawing, must notify the school at least 15 days in advance (written notification).
3. If suspending or taking a break from school, you must notify the school at least 30 days in advance (written notification).

Remarks:
Please label ALL items with your child’s name. The bedding set will be sent home every Friday and should be brought back on Monday. Please do not bring valuables to school, as the school will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
TUITION & SCHOLARSHIP FOR 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR

The 2025-2026 school tuition costs are fixed rate based on grade level. The fee includes classroom materials, workbooks and textbooks; materials for enrichment courses; and accident insurance (covers up to 30,000 baht per case).
*Scholarship applied only to Second Semester tuition. Annual 4-5% increase applied to the full tuition cost.
There are one-time, non-refundable payments that are required to be made along with tuition payments in order to complete the student enrollment application:
*The Reservation Fee is a re-enrollment commitment for the following school year. A commitment is requested every February with the Reservation Fee payment used to secure a class seat and then applied to the next tuition payment. It is refundable upon withdrawal by the end of March.
After a child has enrolled at ICSN, the Accounting department will send invoices via the email address provided by the parent or guardian on the student application enrollment form. Tuition payment periods (deadlines) are as follows:
Our tuition refund policy gives allowance for partial refunds in cases of early student withdrawals, depending on the number of days the student has been enrolled: 75% refund (1-30 days), 60% refund (31-60 days), 45% refund (61-90 days), 30% refund (91-120 days), 0% refund (120+ days). A student is considered enrolled at ICSN until the date of their submitted withdrawal form. A processing fee of 20,000 baht is automatically deducted from the refunded amount.
The 2024-2025 additional school fees are not included in tuition costs. Please note terms for the purpose of a fee, as well as conditions to understand how the fee is to be paid.
SCHOOL FEES FOR 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR
* For students who have severe allergies, school may suggest students to bring their own lunch.
* Graduation Fee is refundable upon the school policy.

Extracurricular Activities (contracted programs): cost depends on the activity type and length, payment arranged separately.
School Transportation (contracted service): cost depends on travel distance, payment arranged separately.
AP Courses (optional high school enrollment): cost depends on class type and resources, payment arranged separately.
MISCELLANEOUS COSTS & FEES
CONTRACTED SERVICES: the fees for Extracurricular Activity classes depend on the type of after school programs selected. School Transportation is available through a contract service and the fee is based on travel distance.
STUDENT UNIFORMS: the cost of a polo shirt, PE shirt, Kindergarten jumper or Elementary and Secondary skirt is based on the quantity ordered. Contact Student Services for more details.
STUDENT OR PARENT ID BADGE: the first ID badge is free and includes the full set of a card, a card holder, and a lanyard. A card replacement costs 200 baht. A set replacement costs 400 baht. Contact Student Services for more details.
Preferred method of payments is via bank transfer to International Christian School Nonthaburi. Any credit card payments must be made in-person and will incur a service charge. We understand that both prospective families and families already a part of our school community may be experiencing financial distress from the current economic climate. We wish to help where possible and when possible. The following are Financial Aid options ICSN is currently offering:
ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP: a K1-K3 student can receive the annual 45,000 baht scholarship (valid through K3), a G1-G6 student can receive the annual 40,000 baht scholarship (valid through G6) , a G7-G9 student student can receive the annual 40,000 baht scholarship (valid through G9), and a G10-G12 student can receive the annual 60,000 baht scholarship (valid through G12). The scholarship can only be applied to the Second Semester tuition.
SIBLING DISCOUNT: there is a 5% discount for the second child and a 10% discount for each additional child attending ICSN at the same time. Discount applied to the amount after the Annual Scholarship is applied. The Sibling Discount can only be applied to Second Semester tuition.
