A child’s first school experience influences their entire academic journey. That’s why we build our early years program at International Christian School Nonthaburi on trust and joyful learning, thanks to our exceptionally caring teachers. We are excited to continue our “Meet the Teacher” series by introducing Mr. Anthony Mazzrillo!
For six years, Mr. Anthony has been teaching our Kindergarten 2 (K2) students. His classroom is a place of song, dance, and discovery. Popular with his kindergarteners, he sparks a lifelong love for learning in our youngest students. Let’s get to know him!
Hi, I am Anthony Mazzrillo. For the last six years, I’ve had the joy of being the Kindergarten 2 (K2) teacher in the Early Years Program at ICSN.
A friend of mine said, “Why don’t you come to my school at ICSN and meet the principal? You’re gonna love him!” And here we are, six years later. I feel so blessed to be a K2 teacher at the International Christian School Nonthaburi.
What makes ICSN special to me is how our Vision and Mission guide everything we do. The simplified version, “Teach Students and Share Jesus,” is the perfect summary of our approach as a Christian school in Nonthaburi. It is so simple yet very effective!
My K2 students are very cute! I love to give them a good time. My goal is to spark a love for learning, especially as they start developing their English language and early mathematical skills. We sing many songs, dance, and have a great time learning together in a very active, play-based learning environment.
My philosophy for teaching K2 is to give them a foundational love for learning. I focus heavily on social and emotional learning, striving to provide a peaceful environment where they feel safe and can build strong friendships. When young children are socially and emotionally confident, academic success naturally follows.
The most significant impact I hope to leave is a spiritual one. In our Christian Kindergarten program, it’s important to me that when students leave my class, they remember they are loved. I want them to know that whenever they need help, they can call on Jesus, and He will be there for them.
