A student applying for enrollment in the Elementary or Secondary division at ICSN must take an English Proficiency Test (EPT). The EPT allows our staff and teachers to assess your child’s English level.  We use these test results to recommend whether or not your student should be enrolled at ICSN or whether they can be enrolled with the support of our English Intervention and/or Reading Intervention program.

  • Testing is done one-on-one or in a small group setting
  • Testing requires 1-2 hours for completion
  • Testing of siblings of any age can be arranged
  • Testing must be scheduled (at minimum) 2 days in advance

Once your complete Student Enrollment Application has been submitted and your child is prepared for their EPT, you can schedule a test date and arrange payment with a member of our Admissions team by emailing admissions@icsn.ac.th or calling 02-525-1302.

Please note: plan to arrive for the EPT  15 minutes before your scheduled time. If you are more than 30 minutes late for the scheduled time, the test will need to be rescheduled.

This next step involves an interview time with an ICSN Principal; the interview will take between 30-60 minutes to conduct. During this time, you will be able to ask questions about curriculum and student support. The Principal will also use this time to get to know you and your child to better determine if International Christian School Nonthaburi is the best match for your family needs.

A member of our Admissions team will call to schedule a Principal Interview after your child’s application has been reviewed.

Your family will be informed if your child has been placed into a classroom at ICSN after an internal review of the application. The following is what helps our school administration make an informed decision:

  • Results of the English Proficiency Test
  • Impressions from the Admissions team member(s)
  • Observations of the interviewing Principal
  • Seat availability at the time

Families who accept an invitation to enroll must make a one-time payment of the non-refundable Registration Fee to secure the offered seat at our school. Please see Tuition & Fees for more information regarding school payments or financial aid.

While applying for enrollment at International Christian School Nonthaburi, please keep these things in mind

  • Enrollment applications are accepted all year round as long as there are available seats.

  • October 1st is the cut-off date for birthdays in determining grade level.

  • Children with special needs are accepted on a case-by-case basis in consultation with a professional.
