54 teams from more than 10 international schools competed in the VEX IQ Thailand Cup, culminating the 2025 VEX Robotics season. Though a non-qualifying event for VEX Worlds, this world-class robotics competition allows robotics teams to demonstrate their learning in robotics, from designing and building their robots and driving to developing winning strategies.

“ICSN’s Robotics Club provides the students with the necessary skills, pushes them the right way, and lets them evolve naturally in their own way. They create the best learning environment for children. Students are taught that winnings are a bonus, but most importantly, they focus more on students’ learning than just the trophy. The experience in this club is surely one of the most memorable experiences of their life.”
-Mr. Monchai S., parent

The teams won different awards, most notably the Excellence Award. This prestigious recognition is given to teams excelling in all four criteria: robot skills, robot matches, interviews, and engineering notebooks.
“We had almost given up all hope of getting any awards at the VEX Robotics Thailand Cup 2025. Then, our son, Shane, and his team won the VEX Robotics Excellence Award 2025, the event’s most prestigious award! The judge saved the best for last. Finally, their hard work during the past years has paid off. I was so proud of them!”
